Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in Pest control and fieldwork or in related field will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify signs of pest infestations (e.g., insects, rodents, termites, etc.).
∎ Accurately identify the type of pest and the extent of the infestation using various tools and methods.
∎ Safely apply pesticides, traps, baits, and other pest control treatments to eliminate or prevent pests.
∎ Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and pest control procedures for each job.
∎ Ensure all pest control equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
∎ Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control chemicals, application methods, and safety protocols.
∎ Implement safety measures to protect yourself, clients, and the environment during treatment processes.
∎ Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, industry trends, and new products or technologies.
∎ Previous experience in pest control, fieldwork, or a related industry is preferred.
∎ Understanding of pest behaviors, life cycles, and control methods.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and providing clear instructions and advice.
∎ Ability to diagnose pest issues and determine the most effective treatment methods.
