Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the first point of contact, assist the Managing Director in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
∎ Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
∎ Assist in the management and organization of the MDs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
∎ Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
∎ Translating letter in Bangla to English and English to Bangla
∎ Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors.
∎ Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
∎ Organizing events and conferences
∎ Conduct ad-hoc research.
∎ Draft simple spreadsheets.
∎ Supervising Light cleaning and organizing.

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
