Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize Managing Director works schedule to maximize their use of time,
∎ Ensure government affairs issue can be maintained and ability to solve the problems
∎ Have quite a concept on Bangladesh Labor Law, vat, tax, corporate law
∎ Ability to speak & writing Fluent English & Bangla
∎ Ability to typing Bangla & English
∎ Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure Managing Director time is used efficiently
∎ Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
∎ Carrying out background research and presenting findings
∎ Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the Managing is well prepared for meetings
∎ Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format
∎ Organizing Social Functions
∎ Provide a service that is in line with the Managing Director work habits and preferences
∎ Should be potential of translating from Bengali to English and English to Bengali
∎ Should have the experience to make corporate presentations in PowerPoint
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one's feet
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Professional telephone manner
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
∎ Bright, confident personality
∎ Well presented
∎ Highly personable
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Willing to travel with Managing Director
∎ Strong IT Skill (Especially on MS office)
