Job Context:
∎ Work Station: Globex Corporate HQ (Green Road, Dhaka)
∎ Workdays: 6, weekly holiday: Friday
∎ Operational Department: HR & Admin
∎ Must have proven experience as Personal Assistant / Secretary in well managed organization
∎ Well proficient in English (Oral & Written), Computer Savvy
∎ Must have the adaptability attitude towards company culture.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Managing Director's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
∎ Manage Managing Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
∎ Process Managing Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Managing Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
∎ Maintain Managing Director's office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ Maintain records of Managing Director's contacts.
∎ Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
∎ Assist Managing Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Managing Director's responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
∎ Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Managing Director.
∎ Organize meetings and ensure that Managing Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
∎ Manage arrangements for meetings, including Sales/distribution of agenda and papers.
∎ Assist/support Managing Director, Head of Sales and Head of Finance in arranging funding partner and other events.
∎ Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
∎ Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
∎ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
∎ MS Office and English proficiency
∎ Outstanding organizational and time management skills
∎ Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
∎ Discretion and confidentiality

Salary:
