Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Communication, Decision making, Personal Secretary, Telephone Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Communication, Corporate Marketing, Customer Service, Government project, Personal Secretary, Telephone Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
∎ To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the meetings and any other relevant meetings.
∎ To conduct research/ analysis as directed , to produce reports for the Chairman/ Director as and when required.
∎ Works closely with other team members to assure the Chairman's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements
∎ To contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of MD through email, phone call and other social media;
∎ Screening and taking note from all telephone/mobile calls of the MD and conveying information;
∎ To keep all documents and records updated and ready for Chairman and assist in his day to day official workflow.
∎ Ready to visit any place for Business meetings, Governments offices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 33 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from Uttara or near Uttara are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, modern mentality, well organized, self -driven, presentable and should have good personality.
∎ Should be people-oriented and results-driven.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are must.
∎ You must have good voice and convincing power over phone.
