Job Responsibilities:
∎ File & Document Management, Phone receiving, Work like Messenger.
∎ Files allocation and movement as per rules, Photocopier maintains.
∎ Maintains office services by organizing office operations procedures.
∎ Manages the Director's to-do list, necessary follow-up and new meeting requests.
∎ Manage facilities and general office needs for the office.
∎ Inside office all Electrical control & office furniture look after.
∎ Welcome visitors and assist them in connecting with their hosts.
∎ Regular maintenance, supervision and cleanliness of assigned workplace equipment.
∎ To perform such duties as may be directed from time to time by the Controlling Officer/Administrative Authority.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent command over English (both in oral and written) communication.
∎ Candidates with experience in school, college & university will be given preference.
∎ Acting as a good team player and colleague according to SPSC's founding principles.
∎ Good institutional and multi-tasking abilities.
∎ Have pro-activeness, positive attitude and good behaviour.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
