Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering;
∎ Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum total 10 years experience after graduation in materials and pavement
∎ engineering and laboratory testing; which should include a total of at least 5 years experience as Pavement/Materials Engineer on highway construction projects, and Experience in similar role on at least one project on a bridge construction project for at least 2 years. Sound knowledge of modern means and techniques of pavement materials testing and evaluation preferred.
