Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and coordinating the activities of Patient Care Attendant in different Unit/Ward of the hospital in line with the Nursing Department.
∎ Establishes effective channels of communication among the Patient Care Attendant of all Shifts and responsible to ensure their knowledge of communication according to the hospital protocol.
∎ Takes personal responsibility for own professional development and keeps up to date with professional change and development.
∎ Applies effective management theories and principles to create and maintain a conductive working environment that will allow team members to achieve satisfaction in their jobs.
∎ Fully receptive and supportive in the activities that contribute towards continuous improvement of patient care services e.g. Infection Control, quality assurance and fire and safety programme.
∎ Plan, organizes orientation programmes for new joining Patient Care Attendants and ensure proper orientation and guidance is conducted.
∎ Work closely with nursing Team, consultants/doctors and collaborates with other departments/personals in overseeing patient care delivery as to endure optimal client satisfaction.
∎ Take responsibility to maintain hygiene and safely standards of the Patient Care Attendants and is accountable for the delivery of safe care to her/his patients at all times.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
