Educational Requirements:
∎ Currently enrolled / recent graduate in BSc Nutrition & Food Science, BSc Food Technology, or B.Pharm.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive counseling to patients in various sectors of our organization, including reception, pharmacy, and over phone calls. Engage with patients to discuss the nutritional value of our products and provide valuable information regarding their dietary needs.
∎ Patient Support: Act as a knowledgeable resource for patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding nutrition and our products in a clear and intelligent manner. Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding their dietary choices.
∎ Call Center Support: Collaborate with our call center team to handle incoming inquiries from patients. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively address patient queries, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks related to patient counseling and support, such as maintaining patient records, documenting interactions, and ensuring accurate data entry.
∎ Continuous Learning: Show eagerness to enhance your knowledge and skills by actively participating in training programs and workshops offered by our organization. As a reward for outstanding performance, you will be given an opportunity to partake in an online certificate course on Nutrition from a prestigious institute in the USA.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Currently enrolled / recent graduate in Bachelor's or Master's program in Nutrition and Food Science or Pharmacy.
∎ Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and supplements.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate patients effectively with a customer friendly voice and proper pronunciation in Bengali.
∎ Proficient in handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns.
∎ Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
∎ Prior customer service experience will be given preference.
∎ Prior experience in surveying will be given preference

Salary:
∎ Benefits: 3 Month Internship, stipend will be Tk. 5000 / month during the internship. Possibility of a job offer at the end of the internship, based on performance and availability.
