∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, quality, and documentation (GRN preparation).
∎ Properly store materials in designated locations with correct labeling and coding.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records using systems.
∎ Issue materials to departments based on requisitions, ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
∎ Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for reordering.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production teams for smooth material flow.
∎ Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive items.
∎ Maintain records of damaged or returned goods and process replacement claims.
