∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer courteously inbound calls.
∎ Answering or making calls to client to learn about and address their needs and response to customer inquiries.
∎ Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client's feel supported and valued.
∎ Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
∎ Building lasting relationship with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
∎ Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
∎ Manage filling, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
∎ Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
Salary: Negotiable
