Job Responsibilities:
∎ An Outlet In charge provides leadership to team leaders during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
∎ Outlet In charge performs a variety of tasks, which may include - Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labor, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
∎ Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllable on a continual basis, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets
∎ Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.
∎ Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work.
∎ Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
∎ Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met.
∎ Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
∎ Monitor and maintain the POS System.
∎ Assist in menu creation and implementation.
∎ Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement.
∎ Conduct staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
∎ Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require.
∎ Managing Team Members and provide Training whenever necessary.
∎ Inspect Quality Food Production.
∎ Exceptional Customer Service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 year experience in any International Restaurant Chain.
∎ International fast food chain restaurant experience is a MUST.
∎ Candidates completed NHTTI Course will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 55000 (Monthly)
