Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level / Graduated in any discipline (Negligible if the candidate is qualified)
∎ Due to the nature of the job or service in question, young medical students or candidates with a basic understanding of medical terminology will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Byte Trek Ltd, a growing IT and ITES company, catering to the global market (currently the US), is looking for new candidates to join its continuously growing team.
∎ Candidates will be trained to help our client's Medical Transfer Center department as well as pickup internal calls from the client's Emergency Room (ERs) medical staff and then work on coordinating and assisting patients- such as finding a bed for patients in a nearby hospital for the critically ill patients who require hospital care.
∎ Taking calls and giving the callers proper information
∎ Regularly sending reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office, Emails, and Browsing
∎ Flexible to work on day/night shift
