∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience as OT Manager or OT In charge in a renowned hospital.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Theatre, including staff management, scheduling, and coordination of surgical procedures
∎ Manage and maintain theatre equipment.
∎ Prepare patient for operative procedures.
∎ Ensuring the operating rooms are adequately prepared for. surgeries, with all necessary equipment and supplies.
∎ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
∎ Implement staff roster in coordination with OT in-charges and ensure duties as per roster
∎ Prepare OT list daily, communicate with the concerned surgeons and implement OT with the assistance of OT in-charges
∎ Maintaining stock of implants, billing for implants and medicine
∎ Coordinate with emergency department, nursing staff, and ward supervisors to implement the OT works.
∎ Ensure servicing of OT equipment & machinery .
∎ Prepare monthly report of Implant consumption, OT expense, C-ARM biling, consultant wise indoor & outdoor OT.
∎ Maintain record of sending and receiving necessary equipment to CSSD and ensuring timely autoclave.
