Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skill to operate KBA Rapida 4 colour sheet-fed printing machine.
∎ Able to adjust printing parameter, ink density and alignment.
∎ Ensure proper registration and colour matching for high quality output.
∎ Check and mount printing plate accurately and monitor print quality.
∎ Identify and fix issues like misregistration , ghosting, hickeys, smudging and colour variation.
∎ Perform daily and periodical maintenance and ensure safety to prevent accident.
∎ Report any mechanical and electrical issues to the maintenance team.
∎ Maintain production schedule, optimize materials usage and minimize waste
∎ Ensure Clean and organized work environment.
∎
