Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations
∎ Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions
∎ Create management reports and support the operations / centre manager
∎ The person will have approx. 2-6 direct reports & will manage a team
∎ Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster
∎ Monitor and process applications and meeting the SLA's
∎ Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy
∎ Training and implementation of new processes
∎ Monitor and coordinate with TL's and accounts department - end of the day cash handover to an accountant
∎ Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
∎ MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
∎ Adherence to SOPs
∎ Ensuring the data matches the application entries daily and generate reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Customer Satisfaction (Handling Escalations, general queries, etc.)
∎ Team Satisfaction
∎ Adherence to SOPs
∎ MIS Reports
∎ Accuracy and Turn Around Time of Applications
Salary: Negotiable
