Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
∎ Requirements:
∎ -Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (Not Mandatory)
∎ -5+ years of experience in hotel/resort operations
∎ -Strong leadership and organizational skills
∎ -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ -Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ -Oversee daily operations of the resort
∎ -Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
∎ -Manage staff and coordinate with different departments
∎ -Handle budgets and financial planningImplement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
∎ Salary:
∎ 100,000 BDT
