∎ Minimum Degree Pass or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after Dhaka-Chittagong, Dhaka-Cox’sbazar, Dhaka-Kaptai, Dhaka-Bandarban, Dhaka-Rangamati, Dhaka-Khagrachari routes.
∎ Prepare rotation of all routes;
∎ To reconcile total buses with running buses and the buses lying in garage;
∎ Properly maintain reserve buses;
∎ To handle Drivers, Supervisors and Helpers;
∎ To engage bus staff where necessary and get down the staff if needed;
∎ To monitor the subordinate with skill hand;
∎ To check the log book before each trip and ensure that the cash has been deposited into cash section;
∎ To handle police, TI, Sargent police and accidental issue;
∎ Properly supervise the counters, commission counters;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have minimum 5 years of experience in Managing a fleet of 100 or more buses.
∎ Customer oriented, strong in communication and presentable;
∎ Dynamic, able to adopt to changing market trends.
∎ Based in Dhaka;
∎ Able to handle accidents smoothly;
∎ Able to make quick appropriate decisions when needed;
∎ Has proven track record of managing a bus line / Route profitably.
∎ Previous experience in this sector Handling of drivers & Supervisor as & when required.
