Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in handling big plant/project successfully.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility to manage/control operation of infrastructure of industrial park.
∎ Manage and control all problems related to service supply to tenant in IP include supporting service, land leasing, power, water etc.
∎ Coordination with Design Consultants [Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing] for effective implementation of Projects.
∎ Ensure overall Quality Control in the Projects as per the standard set by the Management.
∎ Report Project Status and Progress and prepare Interim/ Revised Project Schedule.
∎ Evaluating, organizing, and prioritizing work within the overall Project Schedule.
∎ Attend online/ offline meetings with local and foreign stake holders
∎ Knowledge about Bangladesh and international standards for construction activities.
∎ Prepare necessary documents and reports during construction and maintenance.
∎ To handle Engineering Design. & proper knowledge about Project Layout.
∎ Manage and supervise tasks and duties of staffs and workers in the department
∎ Support BOD to communicate with tenant and resolve problems arisen
∎ Support BOD to communicate with relevant authorities and resolve problems arisen
∎ Any other assignment assigned by BOD
