Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online classes and assign creative homework.
- Identify students needing extra support and create individualized learning plans.
- Collaborate with Coordinators and Instructors to align duties and schedules.
- Support students during and after class, both academically and emotionally.
- Take daily attendance and communicate absences with parents.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and enjoyable virtual classroom environment.
- Actively engage students and encourage participation during lessons.
- Assist subject instructors during class sessions.
- Monitor and report student progress regularly.
- Handle student and parent inquiries via chat and WhatsApp groups.
- Upload daily and monthly progress reports to the teacher portal.
- Call absent students and send attendance updates to parents.
- Support the preparation of student progress reports.
