Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert who could get business from online portals and from direct marketing.
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced Online Bidding Specialist - to help our company to grow.
∎ In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquiring business through different channels (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People PerHour, Craigslist, etc.) for web design, SEO, Social Media, Development, App Development, Graphic Design projects E.t.c
∎ Quality project selection and bidding.
∎ Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
∎ Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
∎ Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
∎ Maintain very high rating on all platforms
∎ Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
∎ Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years of experience in the Online Bidding field
∎ Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO expertise, web development, social media, web advertising, and graphics will be an added advantage
∎ The ability to lead without authority.

∎ Creative problem solving
∎ Strong interpersonal skills (speaking proficiency in both English & Bangla)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Excellent Basic Salary Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales and target.
