Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience in Telecom sector specially operation and Maintenance.
∎ Ability to work toward maintaining KPIs and SLAs.
∎ Must have the knowledge on Active and Passive equipment's.
∎ Ability to work daily resources implementation and follow up to team.
∎ Ability to maintain daily activity tracker and reporting.
∎ Excellent communication skills with customer.
∎ Must have good communication and documentation skills
∎ Ability to train to junior colleague's time to time to improve knowledge of maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
