Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling store & dispatch working in ERP Software. Must be working in manufacturing plant. Very good in Excel, MS Office is Essential. Good command on team Know how to handle suppliers & transporter, having good knowledge on inventory management, tracking on issuing of material as per FIFO Method.
∎ To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
∎ Keep all the records in the ledger books against receive, daily issue as well as balance. Update senior management on critical stock.
∎ Executing the Bin Card updating date wise for every item which are issued and received on the floor as per requisition.
∎ Preparing and checking raw materials received inspection chart and attach it with supplier bill and identify the items quality.
∎ Involving in preparing weekly and monthly stock report based on items.
∎ Separate dead stock, return non-confirmed goods. Keep quality records of the goods.
∎ Controlling Labor and Transport.
∎ To organize the materials category-wise and stock in the appropriate locations.
∎ Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
∎ To follow safety procedures for ensuring safety materials and men working in stores.
∎ To maintain housekeeping of stores.
∎ To issue materials to the departments as per the requisitions and schedule.
∎ To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment along with GRN.
∎ To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
∎ To attend audit by the auditors.
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good in Excel, MS Office
∎ Having Experience in Store Department.
