Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain project wise customer database.
∎ Ensure all due are timely collected (in-house/outside) as per agreed payment schedule.
∎ Give reminder (over phone/ via email and/or letter) to the customer
∎ Deal all sorts of customer query and complaint
∎ Maintain regular communication with customers/ land owners and keep them updated in all necessary issues.
∎ Categories the overdue payment and take necessary action.
∎ Assist in arranging land registration in favor of customer.
