∎ Candidate must knowledge in Chemical purchase(both foreign & local) in RMG industry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate suppliers of chemical raw materials domestically and internationally.
∎ Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
∎ Track inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
∎ Work closely with R&D,Dyeing production, QA/QC, and finance departments.
∎ Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and import/export documentation.
∎ Monitor market trends and commodity price fluctuations to optimize procurement strategy.
∎ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
∎ Participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations.
