∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4/5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
∎ Having good IQ.
∎ Having knowledge on computer applications with Auto Cad skills.
∎ A person willing to residing close to Rajendrapur/Joydevpur area is preferred
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 4/5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles.
∎ Diagnosing mechanical issues and ensuring timely solutions.
∎ Coordinating with workshops and service providers.
∎ Keeping accurate records of maintenance schedules and repairs.
∎ Conducting regular inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
∎ Strong focus on fuel efficiency and cost control.
∎ Ability to manage multiple vehicles and prioritize tasks.
∎ Manage drivers and monitor their performance.
∎ Ensure proper utilization and control of fuel consumption.
∎ Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and repairs.
∎ Advising management on vehicle replacements and upgrades.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
∎ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
∎ Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
