Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting/Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA Course Completed
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ To check and verify day-to-day transactions & monitoring all kinds of financial activities.
∎ To visit the factory and audited factory transactions.
∎ Depot audited in different locations across the country
∎ To check and verified the sales & materials inflow process.
∎ Make plans to investigate various issues in an effective way.
∎ Prepare the draft reports and submit reports to the line manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Candidates need to be able to handle large scale auditing
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ Completing audit fieldwork according to establish a working schedule.
∎ Prepares and analysis of audit data through computer-aided audit tools.
∎ Check cash/ bank/ journal vouchers and entries.
∎ Market survey & check collected quotations and verify procured items & check inventory on a regular basis
∎ Check & verify all kinds of bills/vouchers for ensuring the accuracy and/or correctness of accounting transactions of pre and past payment.
∎ Inspect cash in hand, receivable, payable & physical stock verification, etc.
∎ Participate in special & surprised audits, as and when required.
∎ Maintain audit documentation and/or files in a systematic manner.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: Around 30 years (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates).
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, dynamic leadership, self-motivated, determined, and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (Oracle Software-ERP) and computer literacy.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge about Audit report writing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit, Accounts & Finance related jobs.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
