∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems for managing inventory and procurement processes. - Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
∎ Ability to handle issues such as wrong supply, damaged goods, and non-moving items, and find solutions promptly.
∎ Capable of conducting physical inspections of inventory and store supplies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and update stock inventory status.
∎ Oversee store management activities and maintain accurate records.
∎ Perform data entry in ERP system: handle requisitions, material receiving, material issues, vendor invoices, customer invoices, sales orders, internal consumption, etc.
∎ Receive demands from SBUs and fulfill them according to necessity.
∎ Track wrong supply and return spare parts reports.
∎ Prepare damage and non-moving items reports.
∎ Track requisition versus delivery performance
