Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received PI and check as per check list to open Lc with exact HS code of goods.
∎ PI update in ERP to issue leter of credit.
∎ PI send to the bank to open Lc with all supporting documents.
∎ Collect insurance copy to open freign Lc.
∎ Collect Lc from bank and share with supplier.
∎ Collect Lc from bank and update ERP accordingly.
∎ Give Lc amendment as per requirement.
∎ Maintain statement of BTB Lc limit as per M Lc wise.
∎ Maintain pending PI list regular basis.
∎ Lc & PI provide to UD department to issue UD.
∎ Collect Lc opening voucher and update ERP accordingly.
∎ Preapre item wsie Lc opening report monthly basis.
