Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and maintain the land project of the company.
∎ Supervise duty of the Security Guards and ensure proper security of projects and offices.
∎ Maintain good relationship with local residents and liaising with the emergency services, police, local govt. agencies to resolve issues.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Willing to work beyond working hour.
∎ To responsible for complete arrangements for various events, conferences, seminars and other functions.
∎ Responsible for taking special care for good housekeeping and healthy environment before buyer visit/audit.
∎ Oversee & ensure safety and security of factory assets, logistics and transportation
∎ Arrange for guests/ buyer’s entertainment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
