Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain safe environment in the building with proper fire protection, security, access control, lighting, signage, disability access and other safety systems.
∎ Regularly inspect the building and ensure proper utility services and building maintenance.
∎ Monitor and record data of HVAC, Building Management Systems and all utility systems for energy efficiency operation.
∎ Maintain, troubleshoot and repair elevators, generators, voltage regulators, circuit breakers, transfer switches, power systems, fire safety system and similar electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain relationship with external stakeholders (DESCO, WASA, Society, City corporation, and Others) to ensure seamless service.
∎ Ensure inventory management for spare parts.
∎ Oversee the transport pool and canteen management
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
