∎ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in transportation or logistics management.
∎ Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and logistics cost optimization.
∎ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in logistics software/systems.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise, monitor, and maintain the factory's fleet of vehicles, including dump trucks, cement bulk carriers, trucks, and pickups, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
∎ Plan and schedule daily transportation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and raw materials.
∎ Oversee routine servicing, maintenance, and repair schedules to reduce downtime and enhance fleet performance.
∎ Organize safe and efficient delivery routes and monitor the timely dispatch and arrival of goods to/from the factory.
∎ Supervise drivers, maintain their work schedules, conduct orientation and safety training, and evaluate performance in alignment with company standards.
∎ Collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and client service teams to align transportation operations with production and delivery requirements.
∎ Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with licensing, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
∎ Maintain detailed records of transportation operations, including delivery schedules, maintenance logs, vehicle utilization, and fuel consumption. Prepare cost analysis and logistics reports.
∎ Monitor transportation expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in preparing logistics-related budgets.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager to support factory distribution goals.
