∎ Collaborating with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.
∎ Collecting and ensuring the necessary information and documentation.
∎ Receiving goods and materials.
∎ Helping in external communication.
∎ Maintaining strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications
∎ Carrying out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

∎ Age at least 25 years
