Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of Transport Operation Management.
∎ Able to monitor and supervise a team of skilled technician.
∎ Maintain Effective & Efficient Transport policy for both officials & Drivers.
∎ Time to time reporting to Supervisor regarding current scenario of transport department.
∎ Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to Vehicle.
∎ Have to manage owner's vehicle by pool management.
∎ Ensure quality, compliance and safety of company's assets.
∎ Control repair, inventory and labor costs.
∎ Purchasing required material ensuring quality product.
∎ Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
∎ Monitor and maintain strict strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
∎ Complying with BRTA and Transport laws and regulations of Country.
∎ Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
∎ Keep good relation with Law Enforcement agency and other stake holder.
∎ SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Transformers, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic Transport Officer who will be able to support department head to run Transport Operation transparently and effectively. He must have to have experience in Transport Operation Procurement and Administration. Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills. A sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
