∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare route plan and schedule for drivers and helpers
∎ Maintain accurate and timely entry of all 'trip recording' in ERP system
∎ Maintain accurate and timely renewal of all vehicle documents
∎ Ensure vehicles are in compliance with BRTA regulations and company policies
∎ Review the vehicle documentation cost, minimize cost, and recommend cost effective solutions for document management system
∎ Monitor and ensure routine & preventive maintenance work of all vehicles.
∎ Monitor the cost control associated with vehicle management and reduce any system leakages
∎ Arrange training and counseling session for drivers regarding BRTA rules and regulations
∎ Manage drivers and helpers through effective communication
∎ Communicate with concern stakeholder for collecting the documents where documents renewal is urgent.
∎ Monitor GPS tracking and check daily bills
∎ Any others task that assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years in transport operation
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ be able to drive motor cycle with a valid driving license
∎ have sound knowledge on computer applications (MS word specially Bengali typing, MS Excel etc)

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
