Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Diploma in automobile / mechanical engineering will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish the vehicle deploying, dispatching, routing and tracking system of vehicles, such as milk tanker, covered van, private cars (pool cars) and hired vehicles
∎ Ensure the milk collection from chilling centers and finish goods delivery maintaing liaison with the milk collection team and sales team
∎ Communicate with driver about route related problem like delivery, milk collection and staff pool service
∎ Prepare and monitoring vehicle schedule and fulfilling emergency transportation needs as and when required
∎ Take proper initiative in case of road accident and deal with legal affairs relating to the matters consulting with HOD & higher authority
∎ Detect vehicle fault, follow-up maintenance work, calculate vehicle and driver wise maintenance cost, trip recording (ERP & excel), trip analysis, prepare and checking all type of bills relating to transportation like trip bill, route cost, driver/helper allowance, hire vehicles bills etc.
∎ Assist to fix vehicle KPL as per organizational standard
∎ Maintain the log book and other necessary register and liaison with government entities like BRTA and other agencies and the requisite documentation of transports updated as per govt. rules
∎ Manage traffic police, day to day police related issues and any type of police case (if required)
∎ Involve and arrange driver trainings on safe driving and organisational required topics
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required
∎ Job Location: Aarong Dairy Factory, Gazipur
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Must have relevant experiences
∎ Have knowledge on BRTA Rules and Traffic Rules and regulations
∎ Knowledge on automotive engine, road network, route, distancing and costing, GPS tracker and ERP system, inventory control of all vehicles
∎ Strong leadership and transport management skills
∎ Good inter-personal and communication skills, team management and negotiations
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Have controlling on hazardous situations
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritizing and delegating as required
