Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the end-to-end foreign procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and vendor communication.
∎ Issue purchase orders through ERP in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Give receiving entry of Imported consignments in ERP & ensure all received products are properly barcoded and activated in the system.
∎ Timely deliver the material to user section & update inventory movements (receiving, transfer, adjustments) in the system accurately.
∎ Monitor unloading operation & build strong communication with user section & provide required information before/after receive the FCL consignments.
∎ Prepare incoming material receiving report & share to all concerns.
∎ Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
∎ Prepare various monthly report.
∎ Take preparation & confirm damage parts disposal as per the guideline.
∎ Train up subordinates (Staff) as well as the operators to improve basic knowledge & work skills.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the department manager.
