Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure receiving and storing of materials & additives as per the SOP.
∎ Prepare requisitions for raw materials (RM), additives, packing materials, etc.
∎ Ensure stocks are accurately encoded into the system & proper documentation of necessary reports.
∎ Generating a MRR in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring proper storage of goods following the FIFO method.
∎ Handover of all items to the production department based on their requisitions for smooth production flow.
∎ Receive finished goods with proper documentation upon the completion of the production process and store them as per SOP.
∎ Prepare Good Receive note (GRN) and other relevant reports.
∎ Issue transfer order (TO) and transfer request (TR) when required as per instructions.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with Quality Control (QC), maintenance, production, and other departments for seamless operations.
