Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure frozen semen supply and other AI materials distribution according to field demand from factory station distribution / depot effectively and efficiently following roadmaps
∎ Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
∎ Manage the total vehicles operation to supply of AI materials and the costs involved while maintaining quality
∎ Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
∎ Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
∎ Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
∎ Work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products
∎ Prepare properly product wise daily and monthly statement
∎ Collect feedback from field forces against their queries on supply and distribution related issues and submit those to supervisor
∎ Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO and LIFO
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management

∎ Age, education and experiences may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Must have knowledge in computer application
∎ Must have communication skill and networking
∎ Must have knowledge in file management, inventory management, store management
∎ Must be able to play in a team, flexible and multi-tasking
