∎ Sound knowledge in BRTA rules and regulations.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Honest & Self-motivated.
∎ Willing to travel all over the country as per demand of the job for transports management purposes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proper management of transport
∎ Allocation of transports - indoor/outdoor.
∎ Monitoring and keep record of transport movement.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of transports
∎ Regular Renewal of documentation/license/registration on time.
∎ Evaluation of drivers performance and transport utilization.
∎ Checking bill voucher of transports/drivers/helpers.
∎ Vehicle cost control & Increase down trip.
∎ Road and duty management.
∎ Leave management.
∎ Hire transport on need basis.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by the superior.
