Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure store operation is fully functional and capable to provide required material support of automobile workshop.
∎ Check all purchase related documents are maintained as per policy and verify product specification against receipt of spare parts in workshop store.
∎ Control the movement of spare parts or other necessary equipments in work shop.
∎ Initiate purchase requisition based on suggested reordering level for managing minimum and maximum stock.
∎ Ensure verification of inventory records of workshop against the actual physical stock in warehouse.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and annual stock status report and update in the ERP system accordinglyEnsure store operation is fully functional and capable to provide required material support of automobile workshop

∎ Basic computer skills and ERP knowledge for inventory management .
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
