Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the purchase policy and follow it strictly.
∎ Prepare summary of purchase requisitions from all concern department.
∎ Collect quotation from vendor & complete price negotiation.
∎ Prepare suppliers evaluation report before order confirmation.
∎ Prepare comparative statement and take approval from Management.
∎ Prepare purchase order for vendor.
∎ Send purchase order to the suppliers.
∎ Monitor delivery against the order.
∎ Track the status of purchase order.
∎ Receive and check invoice.
∎ Deal with non-supplied, under order, over order and damaged goods.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly purchase report and proceed to the management.
∎ Keep Record of all suppliers contract and product price.
∎ Maintain Record of L/C, I/C, Shipment Documents, and also maintain proper filing systems for quick retrieval of information.
∎ Prepare import L/C and send to bank, and follow-up L/C up to shipment.
∎ Communicate with bank, suppliers, shipping line, forwarder, C&F agent, customs and transport agency for smooth and timely operations of import.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self-motivated.
∎ Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good skill in computer literacy.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.

Salary: Negotiable
