Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure floor management, discipline and proper administrative control in the factory.
∎ To take corrective and preventive actions based on employee feedback and follow-up.
∎ Creating, updating, and maintaining records and database of workers.
∎ Assist and support processing payroll records.
∎ Assist section head of Factory HR/Admin for smooth functioning of employee relation.
∎ Answer queries by workers.
∎ Assist Head of HR & Admin in maintaining proper environment, health and safety in factory as per requirement.
∎ Assist head of HR & Admin in maintaining liaison with director of labor /chief inspector of factory and other Govt. officials for complying IR issues.
∎ Assist section head of Factory HR to maintain discipline in the factory & minimize grievances of the factory staffs and workers.
∎ Assist section head of Factory HR to manage all staff in order to ensure a productive, positive and healthy environment.
∎ Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having sound knowledge on Labor Law will be given priority.
