∎ Diploma in Mechanical engineering/ Mechatronics engineering from a reputed university; PGD in supply chain management will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in executing overall purchase requirements of the company and ensure on time delivery of products
∎ Assist in vendor selection/enlistment through comparative study. Negotiate with vendors for getting products at a reasonable, market competitive prices
∎ Prepare purchase order & all kinds of bills of purchase and complete necessary procedures within stipulated time frame
∎ Ensure product specification in time of procurement to reduce the rejection of purchased items
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports and ensure on- time entry of all purchase records in ERP
∎ Recommend new ideas for improving the procurement process that is cost efficient for the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) experience in the procurement department of any Group of Companies
∎ Experience in feed mill equipment procurement will be preferred
∎ Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and using in-house ERP modules
∎ Able to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
