Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a smooth supply of electrical and mechanical material.
∎ Ensure all criteria are met in accordance with organizational expectations.
∎ Ensure that all procurement-related work is completed and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ Cross-check with suppliers ahead to get on-time delivery to ensure timely delivery to the respective location.
∎ Identify and implement innovative approaches in the buying process.
∎ Prepare & maintain updated procurement data.
∎ Prepare and submit all management reports regarding procurement.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computing skills.
∎ Must have advanced Computer knowledge (Especially MS Excel).
∎ Good proficiency in English.
∎ Good communication skill.
