Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers, and negotiate to minimize the price offers
∎ Prepare Request for Quotation - Comparative Statement (RFQ - CS) and make Purchase Order in ERP after approval of RFQ - CS
∎ Purchase material as per requisition received from different Farms/Hatcheries/Feed Mills/Transport and ensure on-time delivery
∎ Collect Delivery Challans and Materials Receiving Reports from Farms/ Hatcheries/ Feed
∎ Mills/ Transport to prepare the bill and submit the same to Billing Department
∎ Supervise overall maintenance and repairing works for different types of Machine, Equipment,
∎ Pump, Motor as well as all kinds of electrical and mechanical spare parts
∎ Keep proper records in MIS and ERP related to all types of maintenance and repairing works
∎ Prepare fortnightly update report for all types of maintenance and repairing works and submit the same to Department Head
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 years in transport facilities and spare parts procurement
∎ Have good knowledge in using Microsoft Office Applications
