∎ Sound knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant national food regulations.
∎ Experience in internal auditing and documentation practices.
∎ Certification in FSMS/ISO 22000 (preferred).
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to handle audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities independently.
∎ Sound knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant national food regulations.
∎ Experience in internal auditing and documentation practices.
∎ Certification in FSMS/ISO 22000 (preferred).
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain a robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) aligned with ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP for rice, flour, daal, and feed production lines.
∎ Set food safety and quality objectives and ensure their effective implementation and monitoring.
∎ Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments; maintain compliance with food safety licenses and certifications from relevant authorities.
∎ Oversee food safety protocols throughout sourcing, storage, processing, and packaging.
∎ Conduct daily inspections and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance departments to embed FSMS practices into daily operations.
∎ Lead training initiatives to promote a strong food safety culture within the organization.
∎ Perform internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
∎ Investigate food safety incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and effective.
∎ Review and update SOPs, policies, and training materials in response to audit outcomes and regulatory updates.
∎ Support Integrated Management System (IMS) audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and social compliance audits (SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex-SMETA).
∎ Contribute to ESG and supply chain security initiatives across the organization.
