Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should have Six months' training on fire service Offered by Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire safety Management, Health Safety and Environment, Health/ Safety & Fire, Industrial Safety
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fire Fighting and Safety, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
∎ Inspect production equipment and make sure that they are safe to operate
∎ Find out the best way to prevent future accidents
∎ Create safety plans and suggest improvements of existing infrastructure and business processes
∎ Suggest repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
∎ Share information, suggestions, and observations for project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the factory
∎ Follow up the monitoring of entire Safety Equipment & System (Fire, CCTV, Construction, Electrical and so on)
∎ Ensure that factory compliance requirements are implemented as per BLA-2006, BLR-2015 & others statutory requirements
∎ Inspect fire suppression systems or portable firefighting systems to ensure proper working order
∎ Monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
∎ Take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
∎ Plan emergency response drills
∎ Help and direct rescue or firefighting operations in the event of a fire or an explosion
∎ Face audit like ISO 22000, GMP, BSTI, HALAL etc.
∎ Investigate causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions in the job site
∎ Prepare narrative reports on incidents impacting working environment
∎ Review accidents and suggest to prevent similar future incidents
∎ Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident
∎ Create analytical reports of safety data
∎ Coordinate the internal audit plan and ensure its execution
∎ Ensure that relevant certificates are obtained and updated as per schedule
∎ Prepare, maintain & update all related documents/registers
∎ Assist in preparing/ updating policies for safety compliance
∎ Prepare relevant Standard Operating Procedures, record keeping & reporting formats
∎ Train workers in safety procedures, such as the use of firefighting equipment, fall protection devices or maintenance of proper ventilation, etc.
∎ Arrange trainings such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training etc.
∎ Carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations. (Fire Drill. Emergency Response, etc.)

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Six months' training on fire service Offered by Fire Service and Civil Defence.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
