Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Pharm/MBA/BBA/Graduates in any subject preferably in legal affairs with a minimum GPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to maintain strict deadlines
∎ Liaising with, and making presentations to various regulatory authorities like: DGH, DGDA, Fire, Environment etc.
∎ Monitoring and setting timelines for license and renewal approvals
∎ Undertaking and managing regulatory inspections
∎ Preparing submissions for NOC (No objection Certificate) from different regulatory authority
∎ Preparing and monitoring all legal documents related to BHE
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
