Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in purchasing materials when required.
∎ Preparation of purchase orders as per requirements.
∎ To collect quotations & samples from suppliers and shops.
∎ Negotiation with the vendors to obtain the best rate & service.
∎ Rate chart updating & preparation of CS.
∎ Check the delivery status and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
∎ Prepare the bill & send it to the accounts for approval.
∎ Market monitoring & material rate survey are to be done from time to time.
∎ Keep close coordination and communication with suppliers/vendors for getting better service.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department from time to time.
